Gulf International Pipe Industry SPC (GIPI), the Sultanate's leading pipe manufacturer, has been awarded a significant contract by Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) for the supply of 1,175 kilometers of 6” line pipes, totalling approximately 26,000 metric tons. Production/ Delivery of this order will commence in November 2024 and continue through Q1 2025.
GIPI is the sole manufacturer of 6" to 24" diameter high-pressure Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipes in Oman. This contract underscores GIPI's pivotal role in the region's energy sector and its commitment to meeting the needs of PDO.
